The first pieces, and the reason there are any at all.
Where it began

The founding of Aim High Hero as a veteran-led company, and the commitment the company was started on: honor the people who served, open real doors for them afterwards, and build something they would be willing to put their name against.
Companies drift. A founding collection is a fixed reference point — a way of stating the original terms plainly enough that they can be checked against later.
Everyone who starts something after service. The transition out of uniform is where most support disappears, and the people who build anyway — a company, a trade, a family, a second career — are the collection's subject.
Commemorative rather than seasonal. A Founders piece is made to be identifiable as a founding piece for as long as it exists, which means it is designed once and not restyled.
Three words, in that order. Honor the people who served. Serve them with something useful — work, training, a route forward. Inspire the next person watching. The Founders Collection is the plainest statement of that sequence in the range.
Explore published accounts from the service branches and veteran community. These people and articles are independent of Aim High Hero and are not product endorsements.

Founders Collection™ is one part of a veteran-led company built to do three things: recognize people who served, connect them to real work, and teach what comes next.
